The World was shocked to their bone marrows when they learnt about the modern-day slavery that was going on in Libya, the inhumane condition of the ”slaves” caused the world to shudder in disgust.
Sadly, Closer to Home, modern slavery still exists:-
Mrs Obiageli Akubuo, from Ndi-ojukwu, in Uruagu Nnewi was arrested for locking up a boy she allegedly bought, inside the locker for three days without food or water.
According to a reliable source, Mrs Obiageli bought the boy, Chideraa from a woman, when he (Chideraa) was 7 years.
