Manchester United manager, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been left “angered” by what he perceives to be an attempt by Real Madrid boss, Zinedine Zidane, to publicly unsettle Midfielder Paul Pogba, according to Standard.
France midfielder, Pogba had earlier expressed his desire to leave Old Trafford for a new challenge this summer.
Real Madrid and Juventus are the two clubs in the running to sign the Frenchman.
Zidane is a huge admirer of his compatriot and had said earlier this year, “He’s always said that he likes Madrid”.
The newspaper reports that this has left Solskjaer angered as he bids to keep hold of Pogba.
The Red Devils will command in excess of £150million for Pogba if any club want to price him away from the Theatre of Dreams.
However, Manchester have already snubbed one approach from Real Madrid which was a cash-plus-player offer involving James Rodriguez.
